Conditions and Policy

 

1) Early Departure

An early departure will be charged 50% of the remaining nights, with a minimum charge of one full night's room and tax. 

 

2) Cleaning Fee

A one-time cleaning fee will be applied at check-out, based on the size of the apartment: 

  • Studio and Studio Deluxe: $75 
  • One-Bedroom Apartment: $100 
  • Two-Bedroom Apartment: $125

3) Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card prior to check-in and refunded within 5-7 business days after checkout, pending an inspection of the unit. 

Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will result in a deduction from the deposit. 

  • Studio & Studio Deluxe: $500 
  • One-Bedroom Apartment: $750 
  • Two-Bedroom Apartment: $1,000
